Workshops

Indigenous medicine people believe illness occurs when we become disconnected from the natural rhythm that governs life. They use ancient wisdom and spirit allies in ceremonies to restore the connection. This restores balance within the individual and unplugs the healing energies one sees manifest in a person who has undergone such a healing. Yes, it is magic, and like magic, there are secrets, formulas, tools and rules. What follows are a series of workshops designed to help demystify and better understand the secrets, formulas, and rules of traditional indigenous healing modalities.

The Way of Plant Medicine

2 day workshop

This workshop focuses on the common denominators amongst all who practice traditional healing modalities using plants, animals, and the four elements of earth, water, fire, and air. It covers the difference between ritual and ceremony, and the roles they play in traditional healing practices. This course is an engaging adventure requiring the participation of those involved, as it offers an experiential aspect of traditional healing ceremonies. It presents a bird’s eye view of the traditional healing modalities practiced by indigenous and traditional medicine people.

Charging the Stone

Full day workshop

This workshop gives each participant the opportunity to experience ancient rituals designed to accomplish self healing, and ongoing transpersonal work. These rituals prepare the human vessel to remember and better assimilate ancient knowledge. Exercises for this workshop will include stretching the etheric, removing grief and pain, and charging the stone.

Shamanism

2 day workshop

The objective of this workshop is to better understand Shamanic methods and their healing techniques. Participants will learn the tools of ancient energy medicine practices as well as how to: perform the egg cleansing, use sacred herbs in healing/cleansing ceremony, use stones and crystals, how to blow spirit (kamai), how to set up an altar for calling in allies. This workshop will also cover personal behavior, ethical standards, the difference between a shaman and a sorcerer, how one becomes a shaman, and what being a Shaman means in various cultures. The workshop will culminate in a group healing, where every participant will learn to give as well as receive a healing.

Psychic Protection Medicine

Full day workshop

Psychic Protection segment teaches how to protect oneself against unwanted energies, and how to properly dispose of those energies. Participants will learn effective ways of staying clean, and cleaning your medicine space. This workshop will also cover: Working with Inter Dimensional Beings, Guides, Spirits, Ghosts, Elementals, Entities, Angels; understanding who they are and who to work with.

All of the workshops listed on this page are available upon request. Each workshop can be customized to meet your needs and expectations of the audience. Workshops work best at between five and eight hours. Keynote presentations can range from 30 to 90 minutes.
