Mountain Spirit Wellness Retreats offer a unique experience based on natural health and indigenous healing modalities. Our aim is to empower each participant with effective tools they can use towards leading healthier lives. In so doing, we employ strategies known to promote health, such as relaxation, meditation, yoga, qi gong, massage, exercise, and nature cures. Mountain Spirit Wellness Retreats also offer healing sessions, transformation workshops, personal work out routines, and lifestyle modification counseling.

Our retreats take place among the most beautiful mountains of Central America. We offer you the experience of cultural immersion. We visit native medicine peoples at their place of practice in their own communities. Indigenous healers are available for Ceremonial Healings, Consultations, and Visits to Sacred Sites.

Siete Altares (7Altars) is the name given to a series of beautiful waterfalls forming seven dreamlike turquoise ponds of clean, pure and fresh water. You can get there by either taking a boat or just walking along the beach from Livingston.
